New research from PhD Candidate Takuro Ishikawa and Dr. Mariana Brussoni looked at parents’ perceived risk of injury after their child was treated for an injury.

The research, published in Preventative Medicine Reports, found that perception of risk initially increased after injury but decreased as the year progressed.

This work was profiled in a recent Q&A with Tak on the BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute website.
